[ Street map ] 		When Daniel Leuthold opened his juice bar back in 1994 his proposition was to provide sustenance for the inner city's working population without exposing it to the risk of running up a caloric surplus. The success of his enterprise in the following years bore out the concept. But Daniel hadn't set out for an easy ride. A master chef by trade, he took up the ambitious challenge to complement the high-energy-low-calorie formula with the third element of culinary excellence. With a keen sense of his guests' needs, he expanded his product line to include light, tasty meals quickly served and ideally suited for health-conscious people on the go who neither have the time to sit around until served, nor the wish to carry on through the workday with the burdening sensation of gastric overload.  See Health Food Gourmet Style™
